Site Prep, Grading and Top Soil

This is the starting price for site prep. Some sites only require raking, but others will require removal of existing vegetation, harley raking, rototilling, fresh topsoil, and grading.
Hydroseeding Application
$0.25
This price is per square foot of Hydroseeding application. The mixture will have premium grass seed, mulch, fertilizer, and some other ingredients. Each application will be mixed to provide soil stability and fast growth.

After-care instructions will be provided free of charge if you need further assistance with watering or fertilizer; assistance with that can be discussed as well.
